Product discovery is a process used by many product teams, which allows them to understand and validate their ideas. It\u2019s important for your team to add space and time for a solid discovery process to avoid risking business failure and to reduce the likelihood of tech debt. That is, without really finding out market demands, you risk building things nobody wants, needs or buys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the product discovery process work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Product discovery is one step that fits in a larger product process. Regardless of the methodology or framework your team might be using, generally the product discovery process fits in what\u2019s called a double diamond discovery process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
