ProdPad gives you the power to gather and sort through customer feedback, allowing you understand the impact it has on your product backlog.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To help you bridge the gap with your customer base, we\u2019ve built out an API to support <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zapier.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapier<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and allow you to integrate ProdPad with a wide range of other tools and services, including Zendesk. We previously wrote about <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prodpad.com\/blog\/collect-zendesk-tickets\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connecting Zendesk to ProdPad<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and collecting feedback, but what happens when you want to answer feedback that is added to ProdPad? <\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As always, we\u2019ve got you.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-zapier-works\"><b>How<\/b> Zapier<b> works<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapier works via a \u201ctrigger\u201d app and an \u201caction\u201d app. In this case, ProdPad is the trigger and Zendesk is the action.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first thing to do is to set up your trigger and authenticate your account.
