Create your personas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personas are fictional representations of your users that help your team to understand who they&#8217;re building for.<br><br>Building user personas allows you to do product management <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prodpad.com\/blog\/continuous-product-discovery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">grounded in user needs<\/a>, without getting bogged down in the detail of specific customers and all their anomalies.
